I live out in rural ND, and Mo has been extremely helpful in repairing several of my puppy-damaged hand-knotted Oriental rugs. He assisted in finding reasonable shipping, took in the rugs and did fabulous repairs, cleaned them and then shipped them back - all in a timely manner. I don't get to frequent his store often, but when I do he always has a wonderful selection of beautiful carpets. I highly recommend Kazempour; the customer service and services offered are fantastic.
