Love it here! The community is nice and very helpful if you have any problems. They keep the landscape up and nice. The apartment are beautiful inside and out. The rooms are a good size for a college student I love my room. Stadium is a great home away from home. Take a tour and you will fall in love!!

As a future resident, I only have good things to say. When one of their great community interns, Katie-Claire, took me on a tour - my decision was made. Her warm personality really allowed me to feel a sense of trust and honesty, and all my questions were answered genuinely. The complex is very well kept, along with their great amenities. I am more than excited to move in later this year. If anyone is thinking about Stadium Village, I can assure you Katie-Claire is the one to help you through the process.
This is the perfect place for college kids. The rooms are spacious, the community is beautiful, and the staff is super helpful! Caroline was able to help me with all my questions and was very nice about it all. I recommend everyone come here over the dorms!
Very happy that my daughter has a nice and secure place to live that is so close to campus. We had originally planned on having my daughter move into the dorms, but with COVID and difficulty coordinating dorm placement, it became a real hassle. The complex is nothing like the places I lived when I was an undergrad, which didn't have any amenities, and were pretty nasty. I like that she has an individual contract with the leasing agency, which reduces the perennial problem that I had with roommates who wouldn't pay their share or would move out unexpectedly, leaving me to hold onto the lease and find a new roommate or breach the lease. The staff has been friendly, the community has been positive, and I'm proud to say that she's thriving there.
If you are looking for a place to stay while attending Kennesaw State University... Stadium Village is definitely the place for you! There is a shuttle that takes you from the apartment to campus and there are many useful facilities such as the pool area and the gym.
