We have bought 2 puppies here in the last four years. Went In last night to get a puppy for my daughter and to my surprise the price of the puppies went from 1,100 to over 3,600. Bad business decision owners. Unbelievable. We handed the dog back and walked out. Won’t be going back at those prices. It would be cheaper for me to fly to another state where you don’t pay DC prices and fly back than buy a dog here. Seriously disappointed.

Absolutely horrible place! They don’t take care of there animals! It smells so bad! You only have 3 days to get to vet once purchased to get a refund! I highly recommend if you buy a sick puppy. To take them to court and sue the heck out of them. With all your vet records! Do not give the puppy back! The dogs are not walked at all! They live in small cages that are extremely dirty! We will continue to keep going and video taping, until this place is shut down for good! I can’t even believe the owners are still in business

My family have boarded our dogs here whenever we go out of town. We usually have them groomed on the day we pick them up. We boarded our 11 year old labradoodle when he was in the bathtub being groomed, he had two seizures- a first for him. The Pets Plus staff were on top of things. They reached out to us immediately to let us know what was going on, took him to the vet, stayed with him as long as they could and brought him back after he was cleared. They informed us every step of the way what was going on, since we were out of state and couldn't be there. Beamer, who has been his groomer for years, was able to give really good insight and advice on how we can schedule his grooming, so he doesn't get as anxious during bath time. We're so relieved that our dog was in good hands and back to himself once we were able to pick him up. That's in large part due to the Pets Plus staff.

Love to go here to play with the puppies but, 3700 for a Golden Retriever?!?! They are smoking something.
