I have been using them for twenty years, including complete units in two homes and my business. They have also done two units for my parents homes as well. I have never had a problem with anything they have done and their prices are so much better than bigger name companies. Would recommend to anyone.

Now this review may be a little biased, I am currently a tenant in a home they replaced an entire system in. I am not the one who paid for the work but rather the victim of an unknowing landlord. These people have made my life hell. It all started with an estimate where they ran in the house wrote down the numbers from the system and then left without once consulting me on what is wrong. They replaced the system and charged the landlord(what had to be 3-5k for the entire thing). The install took four hours longer than mentioned and the unit quit working with a day. They came back out charged the system and never checked to see what was wrong. It died again three days later. they same back after that weekend and checked the system, but it was about to rain and they don't work in the rain. SO they left. Needless to say I called the guy a pansy itch and asked if he was going to melt. SO here it is a week later and three missed appointments which i stayed home from work to make and still no AC. IT has been thirty days since their estimate and 45 days since I've had AC and my wife is due any day now. does this unkasitch care, absolutley not. He has cost my landlord a tenant and a lawsuit. Turns out the only thing keeping the unit from functioning was a stuck valve. I have a baby coming in 9 days and now have to explain to my wife that we need to move because there is no AC. This is 7 appointments to get AC with mrstarling and still no AC. I don't even have a window in my bedroom to put a window unit in. They also made a humongus mess in the house during install that required pretty much everything sitting out to be washed and the carpets to be shampooed. Their response was to tell me not to contact them anymore.
