My Debit Card had been hacked by a very bad person (vbp) and the SBOTL Fraud Security Group put a Hold on my account. So I stopped by the Center Street Office on my way to the Vet with my Puppy, and Allison, one of the Many Wonderful Women who works there, took care of Everything, and on the way back from the Vet, I picked up my new Card and EVERYTHING on my Account was Safe, Secure and, as Usual with SBOTL, taken care of Extremely Professionally! So many Thanks to Allison, the Wintrust Fraud Security Group, and the Rest of the SBOTL Staff in Grayslake for being such Terrific Guardians of my Finances!

My family has banked here for 20 some years. Never had any issues. When there has been a security breach at big retailers, they are great about letting you know and sending you a new card. You can make online transfers between bank accounts so i dont know why the other reviewer said it's a pain..
