Trooper Balek is a joke. Made a few errors on my citation. I had to correct him before I signed my name to it. Jittery hands, so not the person to be in a confrontation with bc he's probably the type to be trigger happy. Seems like the kind of guy who feels like he has something to prove. Like someone on a power Trip who gets a rush out of position of power. Look out for him. He sits in emporia in an old unmarked car. 68 in a 55 trying to get home so I could check my diabetic son's ketones as his insulin pump came off of his body and his blood sugar was over 500. Smh
I Called 911 for drunk/ Stoned / ailing driver ... TWICE..Vehicle drove several miles on Interstate 95 beween markers 12 and 4 SouthBound and exited highway at exit 4 ....Told dispatcher all the info. ..including that we have dashcam video...many vehicles and tractor trailers about to have contact with this out of control driver. Got the driver to get. off the highway at exit 4 and pulled into a truckstop ...got the address of the Pilot truckstopfor the dispatcher... gave our contact phone # plus our vehicle description plus full car descriltion and plate # ....promised to wait for officer sat over an HOUR....No call...no officer shown..Toxified driver still in his vehicle....perhaps passed out...\u003cdarkened window tint ..heavily tinted\u003e No Service Nada Good thing...so.far ..no vehicles wrecked over this yet... ****** UPDATE****** 10 mins after leaving this review driver started vehicle and drove off! Just GREAT! Hope this intoxicated driver and all he passes tonight are spared his further morbidly erratic driving Highway Patrol in this neck of the woods is asleep at the wheel.
