Great stay at Broadhead mountain retreat! Very nice location and views plus the interior is cute and modern as well. They are also very quick to respond and helpful.

Travis Wilburn and the entire Stay Charlottesville staff should be deeply ashamed of themselves and their greed. Today - 9/9/20 - my family and I were given notice that the wedding we were to be attending on 10/24 was cancelled. When we notified Stay, the receptionist told us that they would refund us less a 700 fee. As my parents have been laid off during Covid, and Stay was being given well over a month to fill this time slot in peak Cville season, I can come to no other conclusion that this business is happily profiting off of the Covid pandemic. In addition, the receptionist could not have been ruder or more unprofessional on the phone, yelling at my mother. I come to Charlottesville frequently for work and would like those researching this unethical business some recommendations of places to stay instead - the new Quirk is absolutely gorgeous, with a rooftop bar, the Inn at Monticello, The Draftsman & The Boars Head Resort are all so lovely. Do not give these people your money in these uncertain times. You will see other reviews that mention their very shady () business practices!
Awesome stay at the Pryor-Haynes house which was easy walking distance to the beautiful downtown mall and its many restaurants, shops etc. Enjoyed morning runs exploring and the relaxed local vibe. UVA campus was gorgeous and the Wine tour we did was simply amazing. Stay Charlottesville is a cut above the rest and our stay couldn't have been more thoughtfully curated and executed. Amazing!
We just arrived at our vacation rental and were are so happy with it. It's really, really clean and the furniture and decor are perfect. Definitely happy we booked with Stay Charlottesville.
