I went to return my bike around 4:45pm today on sep 9 2020. Went to cashier and lady told me that bike has 24 hours return policy. I was sure to ask when I bought the bike from fair lakes location about the return policy. She immediately called store manager and he stated I can not return it. There was no written policy stated on the receipt that I cant return the bike and didn't say anything about 24 hours. I would've think twice if I knew about 24 hours return policy!!! Also I felt that manager was not professional enough to talk to customer with no proof with return policy!!

Great and speedy service from the bike section! I had a loose bike seat from a new bike and Cindy & Van took care of us, even when there was a rude customer trying to cut us off. Cindy was awesome! Very professional and great customer service! This is my favorite Dick’s store in the area, a lot more merchandise compared to other stores!
