Very poor customer service. Didn't even get into the store only talked on the phone and my mind was already changed. Definitely recommend doing business elsewhere if you don’t wanna be treated like a piece of nothing!!!!

I'll start with, I've bought many motorcycles over time but never one over the internet from another state. I had plenty of apprehension. I found the perfect bike at Sterling Motors and the price was right. I proceeded with caution. John the owner put my mind at ease through the entire process, his communication was awesome and he communicated with me right through the delivery and licensing. I ended up with a beautiful bike at a very reasonable price. I recommend Sterling Motors.

My experience with Sterling Motors was phenomenal. I had a 2013 Harley Fat Bob that I had been attempting to sell for 8 months. I didn't want to go through the Harley dealership because they said their cut would be at least 2,000. I was contacted through the post I had up on Cycle Trader by Sterling Motors. I liked what they had to say so I called them up. Two days later I brought my bike out there. It sold in a week. I only had to pay a fraction of what Harley wanted, and they took care of cleaning up my bike and all of the advertising. I highly recommend Sterling Motors to anyone that wants to sell their bike. They were very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back to get a new bike once the baby gets older. Thank you for everything!

Horrible experience...lost all future sales...reply to owners response: wrong customer, wrong sale, wrong incident..maybe if you returned phones calls and texts you would know which customer you screwed...best to you! You sure blew up my phone demanding your money! Buyer beware.
