I’ve been coming to this practice since February, 2020, and I am very pleased with the results. The staff are all super nice and always resolve any issues I may have. Dr. Choi assesses the issues and the works on a resolution. Excellent office.

Dr. Choi has been very professional as his staff has to. I'm currently still a patient with back issues and be treated by the DOC himself. I always have a pleasant visit when I'm there. We even talk about God several times. Definitely would recommend him to others.

My appointment was at 8am. Several patients arrived after me and were called to the back to be seen. After I noticed another person who arrived after me was called to the back, I approached the front desk around 9:40. I asked about our wait time, the receptionist stated the other patients were follow-ups. And it normally takes longer to be seen for new patients. I’ve never heard of such a thing. So new patients have to wait approximately 2hrs after their scheduled appointment to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous.

Wrost experience ever!!!! Appointment was at 4 orginally and then received a call that asked if I could come in at 2. I arrived at 1:55 and waited and waited..... I got call back to an x-ray room. Yes not even an exam room at 4 and by 5 still had not seen the doctor. I left the room to inquire how much longer since the office was supposed to close at 5?? The rude receptionist said we don't close until 7!!! I have been here since 1:55 there is no way I should have to wait any longer. I heard her through the glass \Well it's not my fault she just got to wait.\ Glad to say I left right then and there. Practices that don't take in consideration of patients time who are in pain is not somewhere I would pay to go for below average treatment.

Saw the reviews and figured I would take a risk as a new patient since they had availability. Appt was early in the morning, apparently my appt was cancelled and the beauty of the front desk is that they needed to have me waiting 15 minutes to tell me that my appt was somehow cancelled. Definitely will never return again and would not recommend this place to anyone who actually needs care.
