I've lived in Stonefield for almost 13 years now. The neighbors are friendly, and every walk of life is represented here. From blue to white to red collar. :)

Lived there for almost 3 years, we really liked our house and lot plus most of our neighbors were friendly. The main negative issue is the HOA and how they destroyed lots of wooded areas behind and around many of our properties without notifying us prior or asking if any of the owners that were being directly affected wanted these changes. The current president and board OF THE HOA is completely incompetent and can not handle PR or funds properly. Thanks to all the negative issues caused by the HOA's dictatorish behavior I was able to meet new friends and neighbors further from my little cul-de-sac. This also made it that much easier to sell or home without feeling sad about moving away from our first family home. On a positive note, it's family friendly and there's a park just across the road from the main entrance that was just updated with new equipment and has nice amenities inside the building there.
