Can't tell if this is one man operation or not. Hired Andrew to render an opinion on our load bearing wall. Gave us the report which was fine. We had follow up questions shortly afterwards. He left the country and was unavailable for weeks. Finally spoke to him, has nobody else in his office to pick up the slack. Disappointed to say the least. I have to hire another engineer now.
