Justin at the dealership had reached out to me after I sent a request through the website, which was great!! Working with Justin was a pleasure. When we arrived I was confident that I wanted a Forester, Justin offered to let us test drive the blue/orange sport edition and I fell in love. I love the color, I loved the handling, the additional space, the remote starter, sunroof. This was a major step up, it was exactly what we needed. So when it came down to the brass tax, this vehicle was about 5k less than the competition, Igor the sales manager was a pleasure to work with. We were able to add undercoating, oil change/ tire rotation for life, star link and the extended warranty; with a fantastic interest rate . The deal was too good to pass up!! Then Tyler (financing guy) worked with us on the financing paperwork, walked us through all the details, and he made it easy to understand, and even though it was the end of the night he and everyone else was upbeat and a delight to engage with. Also, April in the service department then assisted us with making the appointment for undercoating, and arranging a loaner car for that day, very efficient. Once we were ready to go, Justin reviewed the basics of the vehicle. The story doesn't stop there.... Then a few days later Justin called me to alert me that the \My Subaru\ App wasn't working properly and he fixed it, great customer service. Then we went in for the undercoating we got to meet Newton, who showed us all the many features of our new vehicle. There were so many great features I would have never even known about if it wasn't for this extra lesson and we got a gas gift card out of the deal, Bonus!!! Thank you Justin, Igor, Tyler, April and Newton for a great experience!!! We look forward to many good years with this car!! Customers for Life!

this is the first time I have ever written a review about anything. I definitely read and trust other people's reviews, but I don't think I have been compelled enough to attach my name to one. Greg is amazing. He is prompt, kind, effective, and drove my car all the way to my house for me late in the evening. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. I have dreaded my lease being up because I haven't wanted to deal with all of the decisions necessary to get a new car. Then, I remembered my experience with Greg, last time,, and I was put at ease because he was wonderful to work with when I purchased my first Subaru. this time around was 120x easier than last time. i couldn't be happier.

This was the second dealership that we visited for this purchase and were much happier with Subaru of South Hills than the previous. Everything went smoothly and quickly, even with 2 small kids with us. We were actually very close to the advertised price online which is a concept that the previous dealership that we visited seemed to struggle with. Would definitely recommend this particular dealership to others.

I was there for a recall and oil change service. Firstly they took my vehicle right after I entered. Secondly they gave me an estimated time for delivery since mine is wait and pickup appointment along with explaining the facilities at waiting room. I was simply roaming around in front of that building as I don’t want to wait inside and one of the representative came all the way just to ensure I need any help or attention. He then explained me the waiting room facilities one more time. All the staffs are very friendly and really care about their customers. I will be going here after for all my vehicle service. Great team and keep it up.
