Dr.Daniel Williams is the BEST! I absolutely love his Pearland team and I loved my experience and with him.
I would need more than 3 or 4 sentences to describe the doctor and his staff but I'll try. Dr. Williams, Dr. Witz, Amber, Rachel, the women who do my bloodwork have become like my family. From day one, they were open, warm, friendly and encouraging. They have honestly made all of my dreams come true and I will be forever grateful to them. FOREVER!
They have incompetent staff. They were supposed to submit lab work to my gyno several days ago. I called the day before my appointment and they said they already sent it. I called my gyno and they said they have not received anything. I called HFI back and asked them to resend. They gave me attitude but agreed. I'm now at my gyno appointment and they still don't have the results. They are wasting so many people's time.
Not only are Dr. Kim and his staff of the highest caliber and qualification they are also an absolute pleasure to deal with. We can honestly say that we look forward to our appointments. We are well into our second pregnancy so not only have we had great care and service but we have also had phenomenal results.
