As a previous employee I have nothing good to say about my experience working here which is why I rate it a 2... As far as the sales staff goes, finance and the general manager. They're phenomenal! Rich and Joe are great managers to get along with. The sales staff is very welcoming. Best of luck to the company.

We had a very good experience here. Jason, the salesman who was working with us was literally the nicest and best salesman I've ever dealt with. We went there initially just to look and then went to other dealers in the area. He is the only one that called us to thank us for coming in. We had bad experiences elsewhere and came back to Sullivan to purchase a vehicle. Go see Jason if you want a Cadillac!

I went to Sullivan Cadillac on Nov 20th 2020. I was looking for a particular salesmen. However, he was busy with other customers. A young man by the name of John Rollin said he would help me. I have to say, God doesn't make mistakes. After talking with John, I was very happy he was my salesman. He was very professional with a great sense of humor. We test drove a couple of CT5's and John was very informative on all the features and the equipment on the 2020 CT5. Another thing that impressed me was he wasn't trying to just make a sale, he cared about what I wanted and made every opportunity to work the numbers for my advantage. If you're looking for a good, honest salesman who isn't all about himself, I would recommend John Rollin.

Here's the thing....The were fast, friendly and very courteous! Where I don't have a Cadillac, I do have a GM and I can appreciate the willingness to service my vehicle even though I didn't purchase with them and I'm not a regular customer... BUT I will be now!!! Thx Matt again for getting this done in a matter of hours and not days!
