Customer service is great, they were really friendly. Had my reefer fixed in 4 hours after I got a message 28 \check refrigeration system\ on my trailer. Had to drop 1 star off because parking and getting out of there was terrible. It's too jam packed but they did walk out and stop traffic so that I could back out into the road. They could really use a bigger lot.

I had an issue with my APU, I was going back & forth. I had to go there 5-6 times before Anthony Monroy finally fixed the problem. He was very helpful, took good care of me. Anthony is great, 5 stars. .

Hernandez, I'm thinking is his name, did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! He was able to get our unit in for service almost as soon as we arrived. He took the time to explain everything to watch out for to my co-driver Robert and was extremely professional. If we have your name wrong, we're so sorry, but you'll know who you are when you remember my co-driver. We were in a green Cascadia, and my co-driver came in the shop complaining about another Carrier not far from yours that wouldn't sell us a battery. So we had our battery replaced and oil changed and we were done and gone within about one hour. Thank you so much and I hope our review helps you and your business!
