We contracted Sundek to install concrete stamping on the front porch slab, steps, and walkway connecting from our home to the driveway. The project also included a basement walk-up, steps, and landing located in the rear of the home. A random slate pattern was selected. The crew craftfully blended an array of custom colors that coordinated well with the New England dry stack facade of the house. The project was completed in two days. The crew was timely, professional, friendly, and respectful in the manner in which they treated our home and property with greatest level of care. Aside from sealing and protecting the existing concrete structure, the beautiful work accomplished has already added an enormous degree of curb appeal to the home. I give Sundek and, especially the crew that completed this job, my highest recommendation to anyone pursuing a similar project.

Initially the work looked good. After one year several large cracks appeared. I have tried multiple times to get it repaired under warranty with no success. They came once, after six months of calling, and the person doing the repair was told only to apply some caulking. He only applied it to one of the cracks and it actually looked worse after. The rep and company, Sundek of Washington, are unresponsive. My pool company (we're in Howard County, MD) recommended them and I let them know about the poor (post) service. We, reasonably, expected better for 25k. We just want what we paid for. Hopefully, Sundek of Washington will make it right.

I had used two prior general contractor services to waterproof and coat my terrace; in both cases the work failed (coating bubbled up, water collected underneath, surface failed). I contracted with Sundek after doing some research. What a pleasure using a company whose specialty is just what I needed. They had a superior solution. The sales rep, JR, is a great guy and very responsive. Their installation crew was professional, friendly and clean. I'm very pleased.

The Sundek team was amazing to work with. They resurfaced our enormous pool deck and pool coping and custom blended the finish to flow with our stone terraces. They were professional, prompt, maintained a clean construction site and worked from sunrise to sunset to get our job completed. We give them 10 out of 10! Highly recommend them!
