Working with SunRate was wonderful! The explanation of how everything works and the process was thorough. All of our questions were answered and explained so that we clearly understood. We had fast responses any time we reached out to our contact in the office. We had our panels up before the 6 weeks. The crew was polite and they left the work site clean. Our panels are almost flush with our roof which amazed us. We are very happy with our experience and highly recommend SunRate Energy!
Feeling violated. A young lady from this company came to my mothers home and sat in the living room giving us her speech. She then took my mothers information and her social security number and told her that this was needed to get a free proposal. About a week later we hadn’t heard from her and she wasn’t answering the phone. A guy knocked on the door and told my mother he was there to take some pictures and measurements on the roof. She told them we haven’t received the quote yet and couldn’t reach the sales lady. Come to find out all the paperwork had been turned in and all the forms had been forged. This company violated my mothers trust and the sanctity of her home. Unbelievable that this can even happen. We were able to make some calls and get everything canceled. Now this company is running around with my mothers personal information. Who knows what else they might do with all that information. If they were willing to forge sales agreement documents who knows what else they will try. Do your research before just letting people like this in your home.
I made an appointment to have a consult and decided since I had not heard anything from SunRate, I'd confirm our appointment. Was given a bunch of excuses 23 minutes before the appointment that no one was available! Really??? Very unprofessional. I won't be using a firm that can't execute the very first step in operating a business. Disappointed:-(

They expained the process clearly. I signed up for a sunrun lease and looking forward to the savings ans benefits of solar energy. I would recommend SunRate Energy to everybody.
