I had a problem with something and they called me back to talk it through. ThatIThat was good. I couldn't the call so he told me to call him later. I have called and left a message. The work they did was good so far. I will let you know how the call back goes. 1 day later I am editing this review because the guy called me back. He talked to me about what happened and worked everything out. Thank you!!!

Nice employees for sure! Please be sure to ask a ton of questions though, our sales guy made a lot of promises that did not come through, we still pay a significant electric bill in addition to a very long term loan for the panels.
I went solar with KC ENERGY SOLAR last fall. The installation team got everything set up in a day. They constantly kept in touch with me, and when a power productivity arose, they sent out two electricians immediately. They tracked down the issue right away and corrected it by the next day. Justin Castleman was the installation leader, and he is the most customer service oriented person I've ever run into - simply the best. He has followed up with me months after the install to ensure I am completely satisfied. If you are considering investing in a solar power production system, this is the company to work with!
I have had a great experience with KC Energy Solar. I normally check my app to see my energy production. I relaxed, but not them. I got a call saying something was wrong and they came out the same day to fix the issue. Thanks KCES.
The company is attentive until after the project is complete and they have their money. It's impossible getting someone to call you back. I've been trying to get in touch with someone for weeks and they won't call back.
