If I could give them a ZERO, I would. Stay away from these guys. Had home system installed in March 2020, paid 30k for a system, still have 60 to 160 electric bills per month on top off the solar payment of 140 per month. We have never banked 1 kw in 12 months, having this system. This company lacks customer service or attention, knowledge in what size solar system your home needs. Talked with them for months to resolve the system short fall,and the utility overages charged month after month. Spoke to the owner after 8 to 10 months of unresolved issues, basically we were told...give them an additional 10k, to fix their error, to have the appropriate system installed that should have been from the beginning. These companies need to be regulated, and held accountable for ripping consumers off. STAY AWAY from them!!!!

great experience, the office keep me up to date it is a long process but I was always informed what was getting done, the install crew was knowledgeable and explained how to use everything

25 year solar system required many considerations. 1st was new roof to last duration of system. 2nd we upgraded our home junction box from 100 amp to 200 amp along with permits and local inspections, requiring site specific details on our end to accommodate local codes. 3rd was working with solar company, skyline was very concerned we would be upset. Very kind and considerate. Our rush was to acquire timeline for tax benefits. Our logic was based on anticipation of higher energy rates, possibly using more energy personal usage. Now our energy bill will remain the same for 25 years. Reaching our retirement years that is a relief in light of almost every expense is going higher. Please evaluate your own situation, if your considering solar, definitely take a good honest look at Skyline. I assure you, if your looking to complain, you may not have as good of an experience as we did. But if you see the value and understand everything may have challenges. They will treat you very good.

do not use this company. They are totally unprofessional and will leave you with unfinished work. They promised me a completed system in approx 30 days. it is going on 8 months now. they literally forgot about me for over a month and never turned in inspection paperwork. Brenda my "project manager" rarely returns calls or texts. They sold me a system they didn't even know how to install and had plans rejected by the power company more than 5 times. If you want to do business with a professional company who delivers on their promises this is not the one. The system has been on my house for 7 months, finally started producing power yesterday, and still has error messages on the screen and a big red fault light illuminated. but the project in her words is complete. I gave this company every benefit and they failed me every time.

The people from Skyline were kind and friendly, and they made the process pretty easy. We were surprised how quickly everything got done. Our cost for energy has decreased significantly. BUT, unfortunately, even after asking NUMEROUS times how billing/paying for our energy would work, we were misinformed. When we called Skyline to ask for clarification (or emailed), we did not hear back from them. Also, it did not increase the value of our home as advertised. They sure make it sound good, but don't do it.

It has been a positive experience so far. We started back in Dec. Denis was here today Jan 29 for final inspection. It passed so is now turned on. There is a few things still hang. Denis has promised to straighten them out when he brings the bulbs. Will update When I know just what this is going to produce.

DO NOT! I repeat, DO NOT go with skyline. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They lie right up front about what you will be getting in return for their trash 100,000 30 grift. The panels barely lower your energy bill and only add another expensive monthly payment to your monthly budget. I am currently seeking an attorney to get out of this garbage. If they knock on your door slam it in their faces!
