i am using a pseudonym but would gladly talk with anyone considering solar installation from IMSustainable. They were wonderful to work with, very thorough, very patient, very professional. All my questions were answered respectfully. The actual installation was also smooth as all the subcontractors were skilled and capable. I would recommend IMSustainable to any and all! It was great dealing with Michelle she answered all of my many questions. I was nervous things were too good to be true, but everything happened as promised . Got the Srec ,tax rebate and monthly bills are next to nothing. Great decision thanks Michelle
Working with the IM Sustainable staff was very pleasant experience. From initial project quote until the SREC payment Michelle kept me current on everything. I would highly recommend this company as well as Anderson Electric (who did the installation) for a solar system. All were courteous, professional and answered all my questions. The system is cutting my current electric bill by more than half. And this project was installed on an all electric home. Thank you again IM Sustainable.
Our system was activated on 03/18/19 by Ameren. In the 12 month period ending 04/27/20, I paid 22.22 for 393 kwh of electricity used (March billing) plus 15.99 for delivery charges, taxes and fees, thus I am pleased with the system installed by IM Sustainable. I do pay Ameren a monthly meter and customer charge of approximately 14 per month. In the 12 month period prior to activation, I had paid 1379 to Ameren for delivery, kwh's, taxes and fees. In the 12 months prior to activation, we used and paid for 12,159 kwh's compared to 393 kwh's in the last 12 months. As long as the sun shines, we are making electricity. Go solar.
Michelle and Ben were great to work with during the entire process. Both kept me up to date on what was going on, and they were easily accessible whenever I had questions. At no point did I feel any pressure from either of them to buy the system. They sat down with me to explain all of the process and benefits, but there were no high pressure sales. The cost of the project was lower than my other bids, however, I feel that the quality of work and materials was still as good as what anybody else would have provided. I am hoping to work with them again in the future.

Good Afternoon Ben & Michelle, Just wanted to say Thank You to you both for bearing with us through our Solar install and Commissioning Adventure. It has been a full year now and I can honestly say we couldn't be happier with our decision. From the very start both of you were very patient, polite and professional -- everything you promised was delivered. You took up the challenge of getting solar to our property when others wouldn't and for that Julie and I are grateful. That type of customer service you and your contractors provided isn't often found in today's environment and is truly appreciated. Thank You Both again very much.
