Amazing experience. Even if you are afraid of highs, the ride is smooth and the mimosas help ;). They put a happy Bday or Anniversary banner on the hot air balloon basket if you are celebrating something special and it looks nice on the photos. They take a bunch of photos and post them on their Facebook profiles where you can safe them on your phone later . They give you Champaign, orange juice, and a few other drink options while you enjoy the ride. You meet at one of the wineries and they they take you on a party bus to where they are setting up the hot air balloon. The photographer takes a lot of photos of you inside the balloon. With the group...etc... She is great :). And while you are in the hot air balloon, the guy conteoling the balloon gives information about temecula wineries along with some jokes!. ..

The pilot RYAN was fantastic! Champagne was Devine; maybe it was the altitude.... They hung up a \Happy Anniversary\ banner for us too!

Terrible customer service, will not answer any calls or emails. Will not refund my money after cancelling within their cancellation policy. Do not do business with this company, read the reviews, absolute trash.

I took my mom to Cali for the holidays and we really enjoyed the sunrise balloon tour. It’s beautiful to see the vineyards from the air. be sure to have breakfast and a wine tasting when your done. Bucket list ️
