Nothing but the best ! Pat the F&I Mgr is amazing, Christina is simply the best. By far the best experience I ever had. Truly, I felt like I knew them for many years, that how comfortable they made me feel. The vehicle is great. Definitely would recommend !!!!
To be honest it looks shady because there in a garage that they share with another company, I can't tell you which dealership I went to but the lady didn't even care that some customers walk in, she was on the phone and looking at her nails. Sounds typical but that's what really happened. The sales man however was nice but they are have 2 and was honest to best of my knowledge. They also have 2 locations so make sure you go to the proper one because you could end making the drive for nothing, they'll tell you it's here when it's really not. I did not make my car purchase here.
Sunrise motors sucks. They are crooks. The price they tell you or show you changes . They usually present that paper last to sign you. like 10,000 more and have very high interest rates They will always tell you they are helping but beware. Check your tires and sensors lights. Car fax, the type of loans they get you. Don't take loan from LLC only FDIC for refinancing purposes, They screwed me because they knew I was the last customer for that night. Bad tires, bad engine, bad brake over charged.. and when you tell them the play game and lie some more... They suck big time. By the way the engine of the broke after one week. They have not register the car after one month. BEWARE: They will tell you fix the problem we will pay and not pay. Beware: After you buy the car, They will tell you to call the finance company or they will tell you The finance company will call you. if the do say yes to every question and tell them the car is loaded. Once you do, Sunrise will get the money. After that they will ignore any problem you have with the car. You will be stuck with a lemon. Don't be fooled by the looks.
I wanted to purchase a vehicle from this car dealer at the beginning of August and in order for them to process my credit application they required me to place a deposit which the told me will be 100% refundable if I decide to cancel the deal for any given reason, they even put it on writing so I gave them 500.00 dollar as deposit toward the purchase of the vehicle I wanted. But their financing term where not what I was expecting, so I decided to cancel the deal and ask for a refund of my 500.00 dollars. I had spoke to Joe (manager) by phone several times, text him as well and in person but they always told me that its in process and I haven't received any refund till this date January 4 2017. so i had to call by bank to dispute this charge and get my money back. be careful when you deal with this people, the are very shady doing business.
Called in twice to check if they had the car I wanted, they said yes. When I got there within half hour, they did not have it., what a waste of time. Good size inventory of mid-high end cars though
I love the new staff! Especially Alex and Jose they helped me out with everything and they went out there way to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you Sam to the new owner that actually cares!! No more run arounds with their new staff.
Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Made the deal to put on new tires. They asked us to get all the paper work done and pay while the tires are being installed. We paid with a certified check. When the car returned it had mixed / used tires on it. When questioned they said they don't put on new tires. New tires was part of the deal. Also had to call them 3 times to get the title mailed so I could get it registered Temporary tag was to expire in 2 days. Take your business to a more reliable dealer. Will never go there again
