Where do I begin? This place was a lifesaver for me. I was in a bind and Luis helped me out. He is beyond patient and responded so quickly. He led me thru the process and made it possible to complete it in a timely manner. I’m so grateful that I took a chance on them, I have absolutely no regrets.
I have known Luis at superior court docs for about three years now. I’m a solo and I have relied on him repeatedly as an independent paralegal when I’m overwhelmed. As a solo practitioner, I don’t have the resources to hire a full-time paralegal. But thanks to Luis I’ll never have to. Recently, I discovered just how amazing a resource he really is. I offer services in limited scope, and a litigant of limited means came to me with a complex civil matter. Unable to hire me as the attorney of record, she came to me for advice and an initial appearance, and then she wound up hiring Luis as a Legal Document Assistant to prepare her responses at her direction. The client was a kind and polite person, but far from legally sophisticated. I saw her initial responses, and they were factual, but significantly discombobulated. Somehow, Luis managed to take her responses, and turn them into a coherent and easy to follow response and argument, without advising her or practicing law himself. The most impressive document he assisted her with was a Mandatory Settlement Conference Brief. I know, because the client came back to me to appear with her. The brief was better than most briefs prepared by an attorney. But not only did it impress me, it actually impressed the judge. While in chambers with just the client and myself ( while trying to press us to move our offer in a negotiation), he mentioned how he was glad to see her bring an attorney with her, but that the documents she had submitted were the best he had ever seen by a pro per. I can recommend him to any solo looking for a paralegal assistance that Luis is a great resource for any practitioner without a paralegal.
Superior Court Docs are GREAT!!! They are patient with explaining the legal process and walking you through all the necessary steps to get your documents properly filed in a timely manner. They legal knowledge is excellent.
