BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE OF SHOP MANAGER ED Worst company ever they make you think they know what there doing and say they have all types of CNC lathes but in reality they have 3 Mazak, 1 Haas and 1 Seki Mori income area and if one breaks it takes a month or more to fix it. If your doing setup you literally have to find every tool insert and know how to program because they don't have most tools and always the wrong inserts. Half the shop has about 20 machines that were painted and setup to look good to make a client coming in think the shop looks good. Those machines have never been used. Management doesn't have any idea what there doing (Ed mainly) they have employees steal your phone to go through it when your not looking and have people follow you on break. They started a second shift with 1 new person and another who spoke little English and tell you he's your boss but doesn't know how to help you with anything or want to help you with anything. DON'T APPLY OR WORK HERE IF YOU WANT A REAL FUTURE
