On Sunday I went to the Parkdale location. I want having sharp pains in my left hand. I was greeted professionally and brought to a private room and was promptly attended to. I had 8 xrays on my wrist and a peta scan for followup. The staff recommended I see a orthopedic and gave me a cd of my films. Prior experience shows me that saved me 500 plus. My total bill was well below my expectations. This staff was on their game.

Had a fever and thought going there would have been safer (by not getting exposed to worse conditions) than a hospital ER. Wrong!!! After 30 minutes and 2 blood tests/1 x-ray I was discharged (unstablized/ unethical ) I was never informed of results of tests, didn't authorize them to empty my bank account ( I paid 300.00 by debit card and from there they keep running my card (unauthorized).

They were not only very cautious and professional when i took my stepmom but also very very compassionate and caring. In a time when Covid has every health care provider working over time. Thank y'all for everything!

The intake staff was very nice and professional. There was no wait to be taken to a room by the nurse. The nurse was very nice, personable, and professional. The doctor was in to see me as soon as the nurse was done with my initial assessment. The doctor listened to my complaint, explained in detail what he would like to do, and gave me an opportunity to ask questions. Everything the doctor ordered was done quickly and professionally. I was kept informed of results as they came in. While I was waiting, we were checked on frequently by several staff members. It was overall a great experience when I wasn’t feeling great at all. I highly recommend TLC Complete Care for urgent/emergent needs, or when it’s not possible to be seen by a PCP.

Hands down the best ER experience I've ever had. Not only was all the staff super nice, but the doctor personally called to check up on my sting ray sting about a week later. Also the office sent a little thank you card in choosing them and hoping I got well. Absolutely phenomenal customer service.

I recently came in experiencing chest pains and they saw me quickly and were very professional with how they treated me. This was a scary experience and they made it as pleasant as possible. They explained what was going on to myself and my wife and made my 5 year old comfortable with a few goodies to keep him occupied while I was treated. When it was time to have me transferred to the hospital they took great care to make sure I would have a room assigned and arranged transport for me. I could not have been more pleased with this experience. They were a real life saver for me!
