Signed up mid December 2020 for the fiber optic service. 2 year contract required. As of 1/28/2021, they had not called but the second day to ask a few questions about existing undeground utilities at our house. Today (1/28/2021) I called and asked about the rest of the installation. Someone called back and said the cable was run to house and he'd have someone call to set up the house installation. Lady called and offered first available date of 3/12/2021. I think 4 months is completely unacceptable time frame for installation. They originally said 6 - 8 weeks, but apparently our location feel through the cracks somewhere. And I assume that since there is a contract, we will be forced to stay with it. Completely dissatisfied and haven't even tried the actual service yet because they can't remember to get to our house. Edit. They came out and installed on a Saturday, 2-6-2021. Dude was nice but left the crawlspace door unsecured. Couple times this week, the internet has drooped out and come back. Tonight, 2--13-2021, the net went out at 11:20 pm and has not come back on. Have tried to call tech support, but it doesn't even ring, just times out. Google says they are closed til Monday. We'll be trying again tomorrow if it doesn't reset itself. So disgusted with them so far.

Surry Communications installed fiber at our building. Crew was very professional and completed the job in a timely manor. Internet works great.

If you have anywhere else to get Internet i strongly suggest it because not only will they not fix it after coming out 20 times they will tell you that they have no idea what is wrong with it and that is your problem, I don’t understand how it’s my problem when their equipment doesn’t work!
