Nice ,clean, quiet,knowledgable as i was asked...if i needed help 2 find anything, i said 2 the young lady at the register...im here 4 a 100 giftcard, but was checking the store out...all the people had help, and i wasnt dingdonged bout wat i was lookin for... as i had walked the showroom... i went 2 the cashier She had the card n envelope already ready. Kudos young lady ... i mustve had my \i hate 2 shop\ sign on, thank you!! If i ever decide 2 drive hdmc, i will come 2 you guys/gals

In a time so unprecedented such as this, the COVID-19 pandemic, SVHD was seamless in the sale of this bike. Everything from the initial call, to the final call to schedule the pick up was done with great effort. The process was very efficient, and well done. To say Dan (salesman), and Mike (finance office) worked together to go out of their way to ensure this sale could happen would be an understatement. The few things I asked for along with the bike, they made happen without any hesitation. This is my first Harley Davidson motorcycle, and I’m very satisfied with the experience overall. Hopefully this pandemic passes soon and more people can come to enjoy browsing, trading in, and purchasing a new (or newer) motorcycle.

Just visited for the first time , and it was their 25th anniversary. Nice event, music and pricing on everything. Dave , the owners son , seeked us out, cause they saw us drive in on our CVO 20 TRIKE. Complemented us and spent a few minutes with us. Which was very nice. And the staff was very friendly. Thank you SVHD , top notch!

Susquehanna Valley is one of the few Harley-Davidson dealerships that actually welcomes you when entering the dealership. As a result you are treated as a valued customer and care about you as a person. Many of the other local dealerships in the area, don't even acknowledge the fact that you entered the dealership. Susquehanna Valley Harley-Davidson employees are an amazing group of people and treat you like family during your time. It's a special feeling especially during times like these.
