Shipment said delivered when it wasn't, gave me another company they passed off shipment to, gave me wrong number. Other company said they don't have it and to call a 3rd company, on hold for them for over 30 minutes and no answer, Sutton is the WORST, DO NOT USE

My grandmother was treated so disgustingly by a driver who refused to offload the boxes in his truck himself. He would have left the boxes in the middle of the street had it not been for her neighbors who witnessed the whole ordeal.
