We are very happy with SwimCarefree! We received several quotes to refinish our pool and they were right in the middle. We decided to go with them because they were a small family owned business who took the time to give us personal attention. Heather was great throughout the process. She actual listened to what we were looking for and provided options that matched. She was honest when we chose things that would not work together and offered alternative options to ensure our pool looked fantastic once completed. Our favorite feature is the glow in the dark tiles. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed.

Hired Swim CareFree to do a pool inspection on a house we are buying. Heather and Chris were professional and explained things so that a layman could understand. We had Heather come out to our prospective home to do an inspection of the pool on the property in July. At the time we were given encouraging information about the condition of the pool and the home. We decided to continue through with purchasing the home and requested Swim Carefree to come back and complete the repairs found during the Inspection. It was a bit of a bumpy start but Heather and Cassandra were very responsive and supportive as my husband and I stressed, thinking we had broken our pool. We were reassured and given the next available appointment for Pool School and completion of the repairs. Heather and Chris were amazing! They spent 3 hours supporting us in learning how to clean and repair our green pool, they took time and energy to familiarize themselves with the pool equipment and inform us of any other minor repairs and tweaks we could have done through our warranty and they spent the time to be detailed and patient regarding all aspects of pool maintenance. The best part was, the follow up call I received this morning to make sure that we were able to follow all the instructions and that there were no further questions. Thank you all at Swim Carefree, I feel like I have a support system in the future as we continue on this journey of Pool ownership.
