Symons Ambulance Reviews | Rating 3.5 out of 5 stars (3 reviews)

Symons Ambulance is located in San Bernardino, United States on 18592 Cajon Blvd. Symons Ambulance is rated 3.5 out of 5 in the category ambulance service in United States. Symons Ambulance has been serving southern California with one-stop, hassle-free emergency medical services for more than 20 years. Established in Bishop, California in the heart of the Sierra Nevada mountains as a 911 provider, Symons Ambulance has grown to include the following divisions: 911, Interfacility/Critical Care Transport, Event and Air Ambulance. Symons is different from many other ambulance companies in that everyone involved in the ownership of the company is either an EMT, paramedic, nurse or physician that actively provides patient care in the field. Symons Ambulance believes staying grounded in the field allows the company to provide better whole person care rather than focusing primarily on the bottom line like some publicly-traded companies. The company provides a unique experience due to the diversity of its management team and the geographic locations served. Currently, Symons provides ambulance services for the extremely urban environment of Los Angeles to the rural High Sierras in Bishop to the remote wilderness areas of the Baja, Mexico peninsula during the Baja 1000.

I used to think highly of this company until some very unprofessional office workers were rude with the drivers over the walkie in front of my family member. I heard they transferred companies and heard few good comments about Symons but they proved themselves wrong. I'm gonna give them a few more transports and hopefully they can learn to respect the drivers whom work their butts off instead of sitting in a chair bsing all night...

I wanted to take the time to give a shout out to our ambulance drivers Adrian and Sabrina who did an excellent job in transporting my little boy to Rady Children’s from Murrieta. I feel like they went above and beyond what they needed to do. Very thankful.
