If you are looking for a facility to help your Athlete to reach the next level. This is it! Inspiring team of Coaches that truly care about the Athlete's health, safety and future. While the workouts are strict and regimented yet they are accomplished in an inspiring and fun way. Thank you Trench Academy for a great experience. God bless!

I didn’t think I could hang at the trench but I quickly found out that it doesn’t matter what your skill is to get in, it requires commitment and giving it your all. This is not a good place for casual work outs. I feel like here so I can be the best version of myself and these coaches truly care about helping me get there.
