WORST REALTOR EVER!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They primarily deal with short sales and foreclosures, and they will make your entire purchasing process a living hell. I purchased a foreclosure and I made my initial offer in the beginning of June, they delayed and didn't respond for 3 months. I didn't actually get the closing done until the middle of September. These realtors are super unprofessional and when I would ask questions they would give one word answers. For example, \Do we know when and who will be doing the repairs so the house can be approved?\ In response I would get o\. Not even capitalized. They tried to charge me 6000 to get the outside of my house repainted, but would not show me a quote, no doubt so that they could take home some extra money. I got them down to 4k and they basically said take it or leave it. Something that's supposed to be exciting and happy turned into a complete nightmare! I never knew when we were actually going to close so my apartment lease kept having to be extended. The most unprofessional & RUDEST people I have ever dealt with. They try to force you into poor deals, bad decisions and try and bend the law in their favor.
