Anyone who is looking for an experienced pool technician should definitely let James take care of their pool. I must say James has impressed me very much with his experience in keeping our pool beautifully clean ,well maintained and chemically perfect at a great price. Also with the weather the way it is here in Florida with a lot of stormy days, James would always Let me know if he was running behind or that he would be there the following day and I really appreciated that and he always left a card to let me know he had serviced the pool. On a personal note I had some health issues earlier this year and James showed concern and brought me a card wishing me well. I thought this was very nice of him and I couldn't say more about his caring for both myself and our pool. If you're looking for a quality pool technician James is the guy for you.
My wife and I recently purchased our dream home with an in ground swimming pool is the Venice Florida area. Being from Pennsylvania and never owning a swimming pool before we had no idea what a steep learning curve we were on for maintenance and other issues. We used 2 other pool services in the area neither of which took the time to explain to pool newbies all of the in's and out's of what needs to be done and when. We are so happy that we finally found James who is the ultimate professional. He returned our very first call to him on a Saturday, and went to handle our problem that same afternoon, when our regular pool service ignored our many attempts at just talking with us.
