I believe Javier to be the most knowledgeable and honest outboard mechanic in Central Florida. In the time it would take another mechanic to scratch his head and guess at the problem, Javier accurately diagnoses it and puts me back on the water. Great shop. Great value. Great customer service. Highly recommended.
Team Marine doesn't stand behind its work. When my boat was returned after an oil change the drain plug wasn't reconnected leaving me stranded on the water. The owner wouldn't refund my money after I had to fix the issue myself. BE WARY! ***To be clear - My issue is I brought my boat in for a 100 hour service which includes an oil change. THE OIL PLUG WASN'T PUT BACK ON. OIL PLUG. Why would a customer need to check the OIL PLUG has been put back in? By the oil plug not being installed, the oil leaked out of my boat causing the boat to overheat and left me stranded on the water. Your website states you are \highly experienced\, \you are guaranteed that your boat is being repaired by a knowledgeable boat mechanic\ and \you deliver excellent customer care\. You avoided many attempted texts, phone calls and emails. Stand by your work. You dropped the ball on this one.
Javier went above and beyond to help me get a new key and back on the water He also went out of his way to help me with my choke which he didn’t have to to. Thanks man and I’ll be back soon to get a new thermostat for my motor
