Very pleased not only with the motors but also the customer service. I can honestly say I've not had service like this from any other company (maybe my dentist... I do have a good dentist!). Tom is brilliant, offered to give me a call and walk me through the motor tuning when I was having an issue, but I managed to resolve it and now I'm back to making great products. Very happy!

Purchased the CPM-MCVC-N0563P-RLN and CPM-MCPV-N0563P-RLN products for an application needing both torque and position control motors. Quick and easy sale through the website and delivery within a week. The setup was straight forward and the units worked flawlessly. The manual is good and the engineering support was prompt and helpful for the few questions that we had. Can't beat the value of these ClearPath integrated servo motors and we plan to buy more for future projects.
