WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My family and I walk on in looking to sell and the man behind the counter groaned and told us that he wanted to go to lunch, we offered to wait but he decided to stay and kept complaining about everything, the jewelry, how he wants to get food, and low balls us, horrible attitude, other customers who waited outside because he wouldn't let them in had left, right as we left one woman came inside saying that her watch wasn't working and this jerk goes ahead and tells her, leave it here for a few hours so I can go get lunch. -.- For a jewelry store employee, he should really go work at Jack n the Box, it would a better fit for that jerk wad

I don't usually go into places like this for jewelry but I decided to check it out to see if they had anything I would like since I was looking for a new Sapphire ring for my upcoming anniversary. To my surprise they had a lot of color stoned jewelry that was in my price range. The young gentlemen that helped me was very informative and helpful. I will definitely be coming back when I need some more bling:)

Our grandson was given a watch for Christmas but it had stopped working. We took it to E D Marshall and they diagnosed that the battery had died and replaced it for him without charge. This was great service and we really appreciated joy our grandson got from the quick replacement and to be able to put the watch back on his wrist before he left the shop
