Though, I do not live here, it was a place I was strongly considering. I toured the renovated models and they lived up to their pictures on the website, I was very impressed. Angel on the office staff team really lives up to her name! She was SO helpful and communicative throughout the apartment hunting process. Always easy to reach through phone or email, and always answered all my questions!

I lived here for 3 years, with two different management companies, from 2016-2019 and must say that this complex is fantastic. The units are clean, updated, and the management is amazing (both companies). The Sares-Regis Group and the corresponding property manager Magaly was nothing but professional, ethical, and upstanding throughout my entire stay. I would strongly recommend living here if you want trustworthy, professional management which will not take advantage of you.

My family's experience at Salado Springs has been great. We've lived here almost a year and just renewed our lease for another 12 months. The property is always clean and well-maintained. Neighbors (mine, anyway) are quiet and easy to get along with. The exercise room has all the equipment I need, and having it available 24/7 is extremely convenient. The complex is only about a mile away from downtown Tempe, yet somehow it feels like it's isolated in a private area. It's also conveniently close to Sky Harbor (could drive there in less than 10 minutes), but that's a two-edged sword. Because of its proximity to the airport, planes flying over can get noisy at certain parts of the day, but I'm able to drown it out most of the time. Also, management is always very quick to resolve issues. For instance, our AC went out one day at 3pm, and they had someone out to fix it by 5:30 that same day.
