Terry was the GAL in our custody case. I felt Terry was thorough with her investigation. I was impressed that even after more information was revealed she amended her original recommendations. Terry’s professionalism during a highly emotional process is impressive. Terry is kind, thoughtful, thorough and unbiased. I know she had my son’s best interest at heart and her recommendations throughout our case reflected that. I am thankful for her hard work and thoughtful follow through.

I want to thank Terry, for her professionalism in the case of my daughters recent divorce case. Her position as fact finder, evaluator & present of facts to the mediator was fair and impartial. In any divorce case their are No winners, there are only individuals that want to receive a fair assessment of the facts and Terry, did just that!! Although, everyone involved goes through a very hurtful time the children are the biggest victims and it’s Terry’s job to help the mediator make a decision which is best for them.
