Pros: great booking system and communication. Fixed what we needed done within a very reasonable time frame. Cons: no frills, they don't wash the inside or outside which any standard service center has done for all our other cars. Minimal attention to detail, returned the car without the back seatbelts popped through when they had clearly pulled the seats up. Not willing to keep the car a few extra days when we were headed out of town (understandably, they don't have a ton of room, just a bummer). Overall it was a fine experience, just nothing exceptional for the price.

The Lynnwood service center has been a source of disappointment. My problem is seldom fixed and I wind up going to Bellevue or Seattle to get to the root of the problem. Admittedly I've only taken the vehicle there twice but both times when called to pick up the car I've waited in excess of a half hour to pick up a car that was still broken, not giving this service center a third chance. People friendly service poor. Boot to start, I would never use it as a get a way car ;-)

Great experience. The sales person, Kimberly, was very welcoming and did not pressure us on anything. She took her time to explain the car's features and let us go on a test drive by ourselves.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Lynwood Tesla. Kimberly and Lucien were fantastic. Never pushy, happy to give information and made delivery day a breeze. Minor imperfections were resolved on the spot. I had a hungry girlfriend and a 6 year old with me and the experience was so painless I left with zero grief from those two! I highly recommend making Lynnwood Tesla your spot to pick one up.

Went in for service after a minor collision. They were ready at our appointed time, treated us with respect. They checked the car over completely, made some minor adjustments to how panels fit together, and explained what further work could be done at our option. There was zero charge for our visit. Love the car, love the service!
