I think this company must have gone out of business. They have never once picked up the phone when I called, and they don't call you or email you back either

If you're picking up from here, ignore gps. Go past perfect 10 club on your left, about half a block. And the shipping office will be on the right, mixed in with a bunch of other shippers. Loaded me within 20 minutes, which is crazy fast. And there's a tatted girl working there, that'll you drop your jaw when you see her.

Not impressed. After sorting through manufacturing potential partners and after multiple hours on the phone and sending stuff over, including several proprietary ideas and novel ingredients TBL hadn't heard of, I thought we were ready to move forward and sent other manufacturers communication thanking them for their time. And then TBL dropped the ball, huge. I think this is the company making the Schmidt's deodorant which isn't a great formula anyways. Of the products I received from them, the initial reaction was good, but as you use the products, they don't have the high-end cosmetic attributes. Not sure what was going on during this time, but they wasted a lot of my time and put production behind schedule by a significant bit. Shame, because it seemed like a great partnership. Realized after the fact that the 5 star reviews are from people obviously connected to the company.

I sent over 3 emails over a months period of time along with the intake form in an attempt to get my haircare line started. I guess the 4th email which wasn't so nice was the trick. They told me that they dont specialize in haircare. They could have saved me time from the start, it seems they dont have the client's best interest.
