Texas Functional Wellness is such an amazing place. Imagine spending an hour talking with your health care provider about your overall health, symptoms, lifestyle and habits. Brenda has this amazing ability to drill down to root cause and help identify the path to wellness. I have learned so much about how to take care of my body, which all of ours are unique and doesn’t require a “one size fits all” bandaid but rather a long term individualized solution. Thankful for the wisdom, compassion and attention that I am always given throughout the years. I rarely get sick and am confident I am providing my body with an optimal environment to operate within.
