For those of you who don't know, ALL Auberge communities are old Silverado communities. This means that your family will have the best Memory Care, hands down anywhere. Auberge Cypresswood has long been known in the community for having some of the best caregivers, nurses, sales personnel, Administrator, education classes, support groups and of course food. Melissa, their inside/outside sales person is phenomenal and so personal when it comes to helping you with the process of transitioning your loved one to the community. She does everything possible to make sure you and your family are comfortable and educated on the process of what life is like at The Auberge. They also have a wonderful and heart felt Administrator, Gigi. Gigi really takes the time to get to know each and every family member, their loved one and their story. When you are at Auberge Cypresswood you really do feel like family. You will not find a more compassionate and caring community than right here.

Our resident’s new home at The Auberge is as close to actually living with us as we would want. We know he is safe and well cared for every day. My wife is a resident of The Auberge at Cypresswood. The caregivers are thoroughly professional and genuinely care about the residents. Several different placement services recommended Cypresswood highly. There is a very homey feel to the place. If residents want to participate, they have a variety of activities to choose from, including offsite outings. The activities are directed by a skilled staff. Meals are served in small dining rooms with 10-15 residents and two caregiver-servers. Pets, either residents or visitors, are welcomed. I highly recommend that The Auberge at Cypresswood be considered in your search for a home for your loved one.
