Since last week; Three residents has tested POSITIVE for COVID-19 due to facility lack of separating all negative and positive cases. A friend of mine is afraid she will now get COVID-19. Once this facility found out a resident tested positive. They have moved her roommate into my room instead of quarantining her . She is coughing and very obvious she sick and not being properly taken care of. I AM AFRAID FOR MY LIFE!!! Please do not let the owner confuse you with misleading responses to save the company!!! Shall I take a photo of the rats and roaches?

This facility deserves ZERO stars. They are mixing COVID-19 patients with residents who have tested NEGATIVE which puts all residents and caregivers at risk!!! Please do not send your loved ones here and please do not apply. This facility is infested with rats and roaches!!!! They are so short staff and forcing caregivers to work with COVID-19 patients with no additional pay/Hazardous pay. The owner of the company says this needs to be approved by corporate and has been saying the exact same thing for months now!!! We have children !!!! We have not been provided with proper PPE for cases like this. This facility needs to be reported. The entire kitchen staff has tested positive for COVID-19 (who prepares the food for all residents!!!) As the owner is aware that COVID-19 is in the building there are no future plans for COVID-19 clinics for everyone which should be required... Please pray for us and our families

Please do not send your loved ones to this facility; If you’re a caregiver please do not work for this facility! Most of the residents have COVID-19 and they refuse to pay caregivers hazardous pay! They have chosen not to separate the COVID-19 residents which gives all well residents no chance of not being exposed!!! This facility is infested with Rats and Roaches. Caregivers are testing positive for COVID-19 as well as the kitchen staff (who’s in contact with all residents food) my friend works here and unfortunately she has to provide for her family she cannot quit! Very very unsafe environment as they do not provide full PPE to all caregivers!!!

The name has changed however; the wonderful people, programs, activities, and fun events remain the same! The Auberge remains a loving, caring community and I highly recommend them. It has always been a place that feels like home and I have seen the kindness of the staff as they care about each individual. There are cutting edge programs to enhance and enrich the lives of the residents and nothing is spared to ensure residents feel a part of the community family. It is something you have to experience and see for yourself. Thank you to all at The Auberge for the hard work, devotion and genuine care for residents and their family members.

My husband has been here for the last five months full time and had been in respite care when the name was Silverado Memory Care. The staff and caregiver are very knowledgeable and caring, but it is the activities that make this a special place. The music is the main entertainment and is what brings our love ones back to us. They sing and dance everyday and we as family members and friends can join them as we have in the past. We want our love ones to feel safe and enjoy their time with us. We are welcomed in this great community.
