Came to see a used car that caught our eye from their online inventory - everyone we spoke with was nice and attentive off the bat. Niko was who we ended up working with and he worked with us to accommodate our budget. When I mentioned a pre-purchase inspection he even offered to take the vehicle for me to the mechanic of my choosing since we live so far away. Super quick and easy to work with on that front. We do appreciate the time and effort the team put into accommodating us. Even though we decided against the vehicle in the end, I certainly would recommend these guys if you want an easygoing car buying experience.

I recently bought a brand new 2021 VW GLI Autobahn Edition with Black Edition vehicle. The sales experience was fantastic. I've purchased new Mercedes and Audis and was never treated with such high regard like I was at Autobarn VW in Countryside. Salesman was Matt Lichosyt. Anything I've needed even since the purchase, he always makes sure to take care of it. Fantastic Dealership!
Impressed with the low pressure sales approach. Very professional and knowledgeable people. Mike Mutz is a great and pleasant guy to work with. He went out of his way to do what we were expecting from a top rated salesperson. Having been in sales and marketing related positions myself for most of my long career, I know a good salesperson when I see one. One thing that needs improvement (nothing to do with Mike): the time it took the get the paperwork done. Certainly under the current Covid conditions this should be a much and quicker process by using electronic signature processing systems like used in the mortgage industry. Also, we should have had more detailed insight in the different service options as presented to us during the “closing” process.
The estimate was spot on and the work completed on less time than quoted. A big bonus was having the exterior of my car washed for free. Saved me a trip to the car wash
