The experience working with The Big Screen Store on our latest purchase was easy. No sales pressure. We were free to look around as long as we liked with no one bothering us. Kevin was our salesman and he was there to answer all questions we had. Delivery was fast and the delivery guys were very nice and respectful of my home and my new furniture. The cabinet we got is perfect and is well-made and beautiful. Price was reasonable too. I would highly recommend The Big Screen Store for your next TV or entertainment furniture.

The Big Screen Store is great. My wife and I just purchased the Samsung Q80T 85 inch TV and could not be happier. Kevin Kemp from this store in superb. He educated consumers and lets them know more about TVs and products at their store so that they can make an informed decision. We visited the store multiple times before buying the TV and we enjoyed a pleasant experience with no pressure and lots of patience from the staff. Would recommend this store to anyone who is interested in buying Big Screen TVs or related products.
Very happy with their store located in Sterling, VA. We had a very specific TV in mind, which their online inventory accurately portrayed. Their customer service was exceptional; we received a call detailing delivery schedules and process. Delivery options were within just a matter of 2-3 days. The delivery and test/set-up team were punctual, polite, and highly proficient. Simply, we couldn't be happier with the selection, competitive pricing, and customer service. This is the second TV we've purchased from this store, and will definitely continue to return!
Bough a large TV from their store online. They delivered within 2 days and neatly setup the TV and checked it out. They were the only ones with stock as well. This is my first time buying from the Big Screen Store and this was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend it and I will be back here.
We have made several purchases here and have always been please. Totally price competitive with big box stores but with far more product knowledge. Always appreciate that they do not try to upsell us. Our most recent purchase was delivered and installed by Romeo and Roshun. They were fantastic, very friendly and efficient and took extra time to make sure everything was level and set up for us to use. Great experience!
Charlie was fantastic- we went to Best Buy and Walmart before (not knowing about the Big Screen store) and the knowledge and care just really isn’t comparable. TV was exactly the same price except they added a 2 year warranty and had someone come out and deliver/inspect the TV for free. Highly recommend and I know I will be doing more business with them in the future.

Great customer service and pricing of the products and services. We recently bought our 65” 8K Samsung TV and Soundbar from this store. Kevin was exactly who we needed to guide us and get us the best priced products and services. He was not at all pushy in sales and rather what we really liked about him was that he recommended us the products that we needed, instead of trying to push for expensive options available. Their delivery and installation service was very quick and efficient, and was all-included within the sale price. I will definitely come back in future and would highly recommend this store to others.
