This is the most caring and helpful facility I have ever seen. They really care for every person in their care and there is no neglect ever. They make the people feel like it is their home. The hard work by STEVE AND CRIS is greatly appreciated. The staff they have is wonderful.

If you are considering this facility for your loved one, your search has ended. Prior to entering The Country Home, my father had had a tremendously horrific year of loss, grief, and illness. He came to The Country Home in very rough shape, both physically and emotionally. When I placed him in TCH, I expected good physical and psychological care, both of which he gets. However, I did not expect that my father would flourish as much as he has. Beyond the basics, my dad is treated with love, respect, and dignity. He feels as though he is an important and needed member of this community. Even with Covid restrictions, necessary for health and safety reasons, the staff here have given him purpose and joy. As much as the times will allow, family involvement is encouraged. I sleep well at night, knowing my dad is well cared for and even adored at The Country Home. I wish the same for your loved one.

I told this company that I will definitely be writing a review whether in yelp or google on your company on everything in that I've experienced there. The employees do not even properly bathe the patients. They put their hands on them too. The patients tell me everything. My mother's age is similar to their age patients they are really inconsiderate they need to get their crew together they need order a real team a lot of their employees don't care for your patients I see the way they treat them there’s only two or three employees that are kind the rest very rude employees and that's something that I cannot tolerate but trust me I said will speak on it because I absolutely love being a caregiver and My experience I had here with their night shift not having things ready for their dayshift dirty clothes all over the bathroom floor, no laundry bins, is Crazy dirty and unprofessional. Thank you

I just moved my parents to The Country Home or I should say the staff at the home moved all of their furniture and belongings for us at no extra charge. We couldn’t be more pleased with the wonderful care and loving support my parents receive. The Chef, Chris even makes sure Mom gets her special salad for her lunch. Dad loves all the food and has began to eat again. I sleep well knowing my parents are getting the best of memory care in such a nice place without breaking the bank. One place was going to charge us close to 25,000 per month for memory care. The Country Home charged us 10,000 for both mom and dad for even more individualized care.
