I can not say enough about what a beautiful place this is! It’s has so much charm and class! We hosted a bridal shower for our daughter here and it turned out so amazingly perfect! The staff and owner are absolutely the best! They made us and all our guest feel so welcome! We wanted this day to be extra special for our daughter and son n law and I couldn’t be happier that we chose this place for this special occasion!! Looking forward to many more events in our lives so we can come back to this place again!

My husband Tanner and I had our wedding at the Cowan Historic Mill on 12.05.20 and we will never be able to say enough good things about our experience with this incredible venue. From the first time we visited, Amanda instilled in us the utmost confidence that she would be able to help us achieve our dream - even during the pandemic. We wanted to implement a lot of unique touches for our wedding to make it extremely personal and Amanda helped make every one happen. The venue offers a fantastic value for the size of the space and the versatility of the different areas at the venue. Cowan has excellent facilities to accommodate your catering, indoor and outdoor bar options, and the completely unique space in the interior of the mill. We had our ceremony and reception in the main room and it suited our smaller wedding size perfectly. We comfortably sat 60 guests as well as having a full band in the main room of the Mill. Cowan was absolutely perfect for us and we couldn't possibly recommend it any higher!

This venue was one of my top choices and it was a tough decision when it came down to picking our venue. While we didn't book this is a great venue for the and it was a beautiful place throughout. The bridal suite is huge and this place would need very little decor to make it your own. Amanda was responsive with us and we got to see the venue twice to make our final decision. I will definitely tell my non-married friends to look at this venue for their special day.

We had our wedding at The Cowan on November 14, 2020 and it was the most perfect day! This venue is absolutely stunning and Amanda just makes it even better! She is so kind and patient and always willing to help in any way she can! The Cowan team is extremely organized and will absolutely make your day go smoothly. We seriously can not express how wonderful this venue is and how perfect our wedding was. The best day of our lives and we could have never done it without this amazing venue and team. We had our wedding at the Cowan on 10.24. Amanda is absolutely amazing and the whole Cowan team were fantastic!! It was an absolute perfect day and we had an amazing time. All of our guests kept saying how beautiful the Cowan is. I highly recommend all brides check out the Cowan for their big day. From the bridal & groom suites, the beautiful reception space, and covered 2 story patio, everything is beautiful and will make the perfect space to get married or celebrate any occasion.

The Cowan Staff were amazing in helping us from booking, set up, the actual event and break down! Amanda was always there to answer any questions I had during the planning process and event time.
