This is a difficult place to visit. No one appears happy or friendly except the lovely receptionist. Staff seem overwhelmed and overworked. I visited a friend who said she had on her call light for 30 minutes and no one responded. When I went to the desk to inquire, I was told she can’t have her pain meds yet. Why couldn’t someone have told her? The facility is dirty and frequently smells. It’s such a shame to see people suffer like that. Apparently this place hasn’t changed much since Manor Care.

Someone needs to step in and help The Greens at Pinehurst. They don't have enough staff to help the patients get what they need, due to the recent COVID outbreak. The doctor at that facility doesn't give treatment that is needed almost killed my husband Grandfather because he refused to treat his pneumonia. They need to be investigated or all these patients will die.

I went in to visit my Aunt and the place is so nice, neat and clean. The staff was so courteous, sweet and kind. While I sat there the staff checked on my aunt and even asked me if they could get me anything. The Greens is definitely a home away from home for your Love ones.

My dad's been at the greens for 2 yrs he's doing really good there. I've had no issues. They do a lot of activitys with all the residents that are able to. They also take the residence out for lunch once a month and they really enjoy there time out ( the ones that are able to go)
