The staff is extremely friendly. They take the time to ask questions, listen and understand what issues you are having with your hearing. They work within your budget and the follow-up visits have been just as positive as the initial visit. They are truly invested in helping you hear better. I am so glad I purchased my hearing aids through The Hearing Center of Ohio! My only regret was not coming here sooner.

I was terrified when I realized i could not hold out any longer and needed hearing aids. the whole experience at the Hearing Center de-panicked me quickly, and I have loved my in the ear aids which are easy to use, impossible to lose, and have allowed me the conversational life I formally had. It was easy to make an appointment, and the whole staff is warm, friendly and thoughtful. I have already recommended them to friend who are beginning to think they might need to have a hearing test.

The staff there go out of their way to make you comfortable and feel like you really matter. I truly appreciate everything they did, from the greeting when you first walk in to getting your hearing aids and of course - final payment.
